Spaghetti in Creamy Green Sauce with Veal

This spaghetti in green sauce is creamy and spicy. It is accompanied with veal pieces and a rich green sauce that makes it unique and a complete dish for lunch or a good option for dinner, do not miss it!

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 liters of Water
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 2 packages of Spaghetti La Moderna® 200 gc / u
  • 1 kilo of green tomato washed, disinfected and dried (for sauce)
  • 5 Serrano cpeppers (for the sauce)
  • 1/4 of onion (for the sauce)
  • 1 clove of garlic (for the sauce)
  • 1 twig of coriander washed, disinfected and dry (for sauce)
  • 1/2 Cup of whipping cream (for the sauce)
  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 1/4 of onion finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of coriander finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 of Cup of ground bread
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 1/2 spoonfuls of oil

Preparation

In a pot with boiling water, cook La Moderna® spaghetti with salt until al dente or about 9 to 11 minutes. Drain and reserve.
For the sauce, boil the tomatoes and chilies until the tomatoes are cooked.
Blend tomatoes and chiles with onion, garlic, cilantro and cream. Reservation.
In a bowl, mix the meat, onion, cilantro, egg, bread and salt. Form albondiguitas with hands and reserve.
In a deep pan, heat the oil and seal the meatballs. Add the sauce and cook on low heat for 15 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked. Add the pasta and mix.
Serve the pasta in a bowl with the sauce and meatballs. Enjoy

PRESENTATION

Serve in a deep dish and accompany with bread.

TIPS

You can use cream cheese for the sauce.
