Are you a fan of recipes with Salsa Alfredo? This Pizza Alfredo with Shrimp recipe will become the perfect dinner for any day.

This recipe for Lent is prepared with shrimp, which you should avoid overcooking, because otherwise they will remain chewy. To taste the flavor of this homemade pizza you must eat it fresh from the oven, otherwise it runs the risk of watering.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3 cups of flour , 500 grams, for the dough
  • 1 Cup of Water for the mass
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil , 25 ml, for the dough
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt , 10 g, for the dough
  • 11 grams of yeast for the mass
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano for the mass
  • 1 tablespoon of basil for the mass
  • 1 Cup of bacon finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of garlic
  • 2 cups of shrimp clean and without peel
  • 1 package of cream cheese in cubes, 190 g
  • 1 Cup of whipping cream
  • 3/4 of Cup of Parmesan cheese
  • enough of salt and pepper
  • to taste of cheese manchego, mozzarella
  • enough of scallion finely chopped, to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
    On a clean surface form a volcano with flour, add water, oil, salt, yeast, oregano, basil and knead until a homogeneous and elastic mass.
    Place the dough in a previously greased bowl and cover with sticky plastic. Leave to ferment for 1 hour or until it doubles its volume.
    In a pan over medium heat, fry the bacon until it changes color, add the garlic, the shrimp, the cream cheese, the cream to beat, the Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper. Let cool and reserve.
    On a floured surface, spread the dough to a thickness of 5mm. Place on a tray, add the cheese mixture, the shrimp, the finely chopped scallion.
    Bake for 15 minutes or until the dough is cooked and the cheese melted.
    Remove from the oven, cut into slices and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Serves fresh from the oven.

    TIPS

    Do not overcook the shrimp otherwise they will be chewy. Due to the creaminess of the pizza it is important that you eat it fresh from the oven, otherwise the bread will be watered.
