Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 cups flour, , 500 grams, for the dough
  • 1 cup Water, for the dough
  • 2 tablespoons oil, , 25 ml, for the dough
  • 1 tablespoon salt, , 10 g, for the dough
  • 11 grams yeast, for the dough
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, for the dough
  • 1 tablespoon basil, for the dough
  • 1 cup bacon, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic
  • 2 cups shrimp, clean and without peel
  • 1 package cream cheese, in cubes, 190 g
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3/4 cups parmesan cheese
  • enough salt and pepper
  • to taste cheese, manchego, mozzarella
  • enough chives, finely chopped, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (356F)
On a clean surface form the flour into a volcano shape, add water, oil, salt, yeast, oregano, basil and knead until a homogeneous and elastic dough.
Place the dough in a previously greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Leave to ferment for 1 hour or until it doubles its volume.
In a pan over medium heat, fry the bacon until it changes color, add the garlic, the shrimp, the cream cheese, the cream after beaten, the Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper. Let cool and set aside.
On a floured surface, spread the dough to a thickness of 5mm. Place on a tray, add the cheese mixture, the shrimp, the finely chopped scallion.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the dough is cooked and the cheese melted.
Remove from the oven, cut into slices and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve fresh from the oven.

TIPS

Do not overcook the shrimp otherwise they will become chewy. Due to the creaminess of the pizza it is important that you eat it fresh from the oven, otherwise the pie will become watery.
