This rich dish is a quick and nutritious option to prepare everyone at home. These potatoes are perfect to accompany any dish or to eat them alone.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 kilo potato
  • 90 grams butter
  • 150 grams Gruyere cheese, grated
  • 1/2 kilos sour cream
  • 150 grams manchego cheese, grated
  • 100 grams bacon
  • 100 grams Turkey ham, chopped
  • to taste salt
  • to taste fine herbs

Preparation

Boil the potatoes in the express pot for 10 minutes; withdraw and wait for them to cool. Remove the skin and cut into thin slices.
In a saucepan spread the butter and begin to arrange the potatoes so that there is a layer, add salt, fine herbs, ham, previously fried bacon, cream and cheeses. Start again with another layer of potatoes and follow the procedure until finished. Place the saucepan on medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes, remove and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve on an extended plate with a leaf of parsley.
