  • 6 pieces of ancho chili pepper for marinade, soaked and deveined
  • 2 pieces of guajillo chili pepper for marinade, soaked and deveined
  • 2 pieces of morita chile pepper for marinade, soaked and deveined
  • 3 pieces of garlic for marinade
  • 4 pieces of fat pepper for marinade
  • 1 Cup of orange juice for marinade
  • enough of Salt for marinade
  • 2 kilos of pork pulp cleansed
  • 1 package of Yellow corn Tostadas Charras® original flavor
  • 2 cups of refried beans
  • 2 cups of lettuce cut into strips
  • 1 Cup of cream ranch, to serve
  • 1 Cup of cheese of ranch, crumbled to serve

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
    Blend the ancho chili, the guajillo chili, the morita pepper, the garlic, the pepper, the orange juice, season with salt.
    Pour over the pork and marinade for 30 minutes in refrigeration.
    Cover the meat with aluminum foil and bake for 90 minutes or until cooked. Remove from the oven and rest before cutting.
    On a wooden board, cut very thin slices of meat.
    To assemble, spread the beans over each of the yellow Charras® Tostadas original flavor, add lettuce, slices of meat, cream, cheese and sauce. Enjoy
