We give you the best recipe ever for Pork Tostadas Enchilado. For this recipe you need to make a spicy marinade with guajillo chiles, morita chiles and ancho chiles. The best of all is that you can add a little guacamole to make this recipe even richer.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 6 ancho chili peppers, for the marinade, soaked and deveined
  • 2 guajillo chilies, for the marinade, soaked and deveined
  • 2 morita chili peppers, for the marinade, soaked and deveined
  • 3 garlic, for the marinade
  • 4 allspices, for the marinade
  • 1 cup orange juice, for the marinade
  • enough salt, for the marinade
  • 2 kilos pork pulp, cleansed
  • 1 package Yellow corn Tostadas Charras® original flavor
  • 2 cups refried beans
  • 2 cups lettuce, cut into strips
  • 1 cup cream, ranch, for serving
  • 1 cup cheese, ranch, crumbled for serving

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C (374F)
Blend the ancho chili, the guajillo chili, the morita pepper, the garlic, the pepper, the orange juice, season with salt.
Pour over the pork and marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Cover the meat with aluminum foil and bake for 90 minutes or until cooked. Remove from the oven and let rest before cutting.
On a wooden board, cut very thin slices of the meat.
To assemble, spread the beans over each of the yellow Charras® Original Flavor Tostadas, add lettuce, slices of meat, cream, cheese and sauce. Enjoy
