We give you the best recipe ever for Pork Tostadas Enchilado. For this recipe you need to make a spicy marinade with guajillo chiles, morita chiles and ancho chiles. The best of all is that you can add a little guacamole to make this recipe even richer.

Ingredients

  • 6 pieces of ancho chili pepper for the marinade, soaked and deveined
  • 2 pieces of guajillo chili pepper for the marinade, soaked and deveined
  • 2 pieces of morita chile pepper for the marinade, soaked and deveined
  • 3 pieces of garlic for the marinade
  • 4 pieces of allspices for the marinade
  • 1 Cup of orange juice for the marinade
  • enough of Salt for the marinade
  • 2 kilos of pork pulp cleansed
  • 1 package of Yellow corn Tostadas Charras® original flavor
  • 2 cups of refried beans
  • 2 cups of lettuce cut into strips
  • 1 Cup of cream ranch, for serving
  • 1 Cup of cheese ranch, crumbled for serving

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 190 ° C (374F)
    Blend the ancho chili, the guajillo chili, the morita pepper, the garlic, the pepper, the orange juice, season with salt.
    Pour over the pork and marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
    Cover the meat with aluminum foil and bake for 90 minutes or until cooked. Remove from the oven and let rest before cutting.
    On a wooden board, cut very thin slices of the meat.
    To assemble, spread the beans over each of the yellow Charras® Original Flavor Tostadas, add lettuce, slices of meat, cream, cheese and sauce. Enjoy
