  • 4 pieces of potato peeled, in pieces

  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • 1/4 of Cup of Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon of milk

  • enough of black pepper
  • 1 Cup of mozzarella cheese in medium squares
  • enough of flour to bread
  • enough of egg smoothie, to batter
  • enough of ground bread to bread
  • enough of vegetable oil to fry

    Preparation

    Cook in a pot with boiling water and salt the potatoes until they are soft. Drain and cool.
    In a bowl, mash the cooked potatoes with a fork until mashed. Mix with fried bacon, chives, oregano, Parmesan cheese, milk, salt, pepper.
    Form croquettes with the help of your hands by inserting a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center.
