  • 1 clove garlic, for the sauce
  • 1/4 cups light cream cheese, for the sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk, for the sauce
  • to taste salt, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, for the filling
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped, for filling
  • 1/4 cups celery, finely chopped, for filling
  • 1 cup tomtato, diced, for filling
  • 1/4 cups Corn kernels, tin yellow, drained, for filling
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, ground, for filling
  • to taste salt, for the filling
  • to taste black pepper, for the filling
  • enough cooking spray oil, to grease
  • 6 pumpkins, sliced ½ centimeter thick
  • 1/2 packages Virginia Turkey Ham Lala® Plenia®
  • 2 cups manchego cheese, grated
  • enough parsley, finely chopped, to decorate

For the sauce, liquefy the garlic with the light cream cheese, the whole milk and enough salt, until obtaining a consistent mixture.
Pour the sauce into a hot pot over low heat and cook until the consistency becomes thick while still moving. Remove from heat and reserve.
For the filling, in a large frying pan heat olive oil, fry the onion and celery, that is, keep on medium heat while stirring, until the vegetable shows a bright color.
Add the tomato, the yellow corn and the oregano. Season with salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes and remove from the heat. Let it cool.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Grease a rectangular baking pan with cooking spray or a little olive oil. Assemble the lasagna, first place a layer of pumpkin slices, then white sauce until covered, the vegetable filling, the slices of LALA® Plenia® Virginia Turkey Ham and, finally, the grated Manchego cheese.
Repeat the previous process until the refractory is full and finish with cheese on the surface. Bake for 25 minutes, at 180 ° C.
Garnish with fresh parsley, cut and serve hot. Accompany with green salad.

It is preferable that the pumpkin slices are not so thin, so when cooked in the oven they will not lose the necessary firmness.
