Nobody can resist the delicious smell of chorizo being fried, for that reason, these potato flutes with chorizo will delight, in addition to being very easy and quick to make, they will get you out of any trouble! Can accompanied by lettuce, cream, cheese and a raw green sauce; They will know you like homeland.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 tablespoon vegetal oil
  • 1/2 cups onion
  • 1 cup sausage
  • 3 potatoes, cooked
  • enough lettuce
  • enough cream
  • enough cheese
  • to taste green sauce

Preparation

For the potato flautas with chorizo, add the onion in a frying pan, add the chorizo and fry until golden brown. Add the potatoes and mash until smooth.
On a board place 2 tortillas, add the potato with chorizo and roll up.
In a frying pan over medium heat add oil and fry the potato flautas with chorizo. Place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
Serve with lettuce, cream and cheese.

PRESENTATION

Serve in an extended plate, accompanied by lettuce, cream and cheese.

TIPS

Remember to heat the tortilla before forming the tacos so that they do not break.
