Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 Cup of Mayonnaise
  • 2 spoonfuls of garlic chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 2 spoonfuls of dill dry
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 800 grams of salmon fillet cut into pieces of 200 grams each
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 2 spoonfuls of ground bread
  • 1/3 of Cup of Parmesan cheese
  • to taste of coriander chopped to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
In a bowl mix mayonnaise with garlic, onion powder, dill and salt until completely integrated.
In a tray, place the salmon, season with salt and pepper.
With the help of a spoon cover the salmon with the mayonnaise mixture and sprinkle with ground bread and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20 min, until it looks golden brown.
Serve hot and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a table and serve with crostrinis and salad.

TIPS

Cover the salmon with foil before baking to prevent it from drying out.
