Baked Salmon with Mayonnaise

You will not believe how easy and quick it is to prepare this baked salmon with mayonnaise, in just 3 steps you will have a delicious and creamy salmon. Ideal to surprise someone special. Accompany it with a fresh salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Mayonnaise
  • 2 spoonfuls of Garlic chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 2 spoonfuls of dill dry
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 800 grams of salmon fillet cut into pieces of 200 grams each
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 2 spoonfuls of ground bread
  • 1/3 of Cup of Parmesan
  • to taste of coriander chopped to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
    In a bowl mix mayonnaise with garlic, onion powder, dill and salt until completely integrated.
    In a tray, place the salmon, season with salt and pepper.
    With the help of a spoon cover the salmon with the mayonnaise mixture and sprinkle with ground bread and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake for 20 min, until it looks golden brown.
    Serve hot and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION
