Prepare this delicious glazed salmon with balsamic vinegar infused with basil. The texture of the salmon is soft as it is covered by a great flavor sauce. This dish is perfect for an elegant dinner or for a romantic dinner.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 salmon fillets, with skin
  • 200 milliliters balsamic vinegar
  • 50 milliliters white wine
  • 2 tablespoons basil
  • 2 garlic
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 50 milliliters oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on all sides of the salmon.
Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and add a little oil. Place the salmon on top with the skin facing down.
Sauté the chopped garlic and add the balsamic vinegar, white wine, honey and Dijon mustard. Move until you get a slightly thick sauce.
Rinse the salmon with 1/3 of the sauce and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and re-varnish the salmon with another third of the sauce, return it to the oven for 5-7 more minutes. Repeat one last time to varnish the salmon a total of three times.

PRESENTATION

Serve with a salad or sautéed asparagus.

TIPS

Dry the salmon fillet well before adding the sauce to obtain a perfect glaze coverage.
