Ingredients

  • 2 portobello mushrooms
  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 4 tablespoons Hummus Libanius®
  • 1/2 cups alfalfa germ
  • 1/2 cups lettuce

Preparation

Grill the portobellos on both sides.
Salpimenta and cook the salmon fillet.
Spread a portobello hummus and arrange the salmon, lettuce, germ and cover with another portobello.
