Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1/2 Cup of lemon juice
  • 10 pieces of black pepper fat woman
  • 2 spoonfuls of sea ​​salt
  • 6 spoonfuls of sauce Huichol® Habanera
  • 1 kilo of shrimp medium with shell
  • 1/2 Cup of olive oil
  • 4 spoonfuls of parsley finely chopped

    Preparation

    For the mojo: blend the unpeeled garlic, the lemon juice, the pepper, the sea salt, the Huichol Habanero sauce and perfectly to obtain a paste.

    TIPS
