For the mojo: blend the unpeeled garlic, the lemon juice, the pepper, the sea salt, the Huichol Habanero sauce and perfectly to obtain a paste.
Cut the shrimp in two along with everything and shell. Wash them under the cold water spray and put them in a large bowl. Pour the previous mixture and integrate perfectly. Let marinate for 5 minutes.
Heat half the oil in a large skillet and fry half the shrimp for 10 minutes or until they change color. Empty in a deep dish.
Heat the remaining part of the oil and fry the remaining of the shrimp for 10 minutes and empty in the previous dish.
