Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 4 serrano peppers, finely chopped
  • 4 cups shrimp, medium, clean and cooked
  • 1 avocado, in cubes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon spicy sauce, tabasco type
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons granola, with quinoa Kellogg's®
  • 1 lemon, cut into slices, to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl mix all the vegetables together with the shrimp.
Add the orange juice, the lemon juice, the tomato sauce, the olive oil, the spicy sauce and mix very well. Season
Serve the cocktail in glasses and add a tablespoon of granola with Kellogg's® quinoa to each and decorate with a slice of lemon.
