Shrimp Sandwich with Mayonnaise Chipotle

Who does not like delicious shrimp? Now, imagine those rich shrimp with a tasty chipotle mayonnaise served on a sandwich, a recipe that we assure you will love.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 slices bread, Oroweat® Multigrain
  • 150 grams shrimp, clean and without peel
  • 1/4 white onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 5 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle chili
  • 50 grams escarole lettuce

Preparation

Heat a little of the oil in a pan and add the finely chopped onion.
Chop the garlic and add it to the pan. Add the shrimp, paprika and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Let cook for about 5 minutes, remove from heat and reserve.
Combine the chipotle and mayonnaise in the blender. Blend until everything is well incorporated.
Toast the Multigrain Oroweat® Bread in the oven for about 8 minutes.
Spread the chipotle mayonnaise over the slices of Oroweat® Multrigrano Bread, place a bed of lettuce and top with the shrimp.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a water from Jamaica.

TIPS

You can leave the bread unroasted and it is equally delicious.
