Ingredients

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, mix of white and orange
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2/3 cups cream, with a little garlic powder
  • 1/2 cups chicken soup
  • 1/2 cups dry white wine
  • 1/8 teaspoons nutmeg, powdered

Preparation

Mix the cheese with the cornstarch in a small bowl; reservation.
