This recipe is also known as spaghetti a la carbonara. This recipe is an easy-to-prepare and very economical variant, ideal for times of emergency when we want to improvise in the kitchen. A delicious dish that children love.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 100 grams spaghetti pasta
  • 1 cup cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 grams bacon
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 1 pinch oregano

Preparation

In a pot, boil two cups of water. When they are boiling add the spaghetti divided by half, oil and salt to taste. Drain when they are ready.
In a bowl, mix the cream, eggs, salt, pepper, cumin and oregano. (The latter to taste) Let the mixture stand until the noodles boil.
Cut the bacon into small pieces.
Add the bacon to the previous preparation and let it cook well and mix the flavors. Remove from heat and reserve.
Incorporates the spaghetti. Mix well with the bacon and incorporate the mixture that we let stand. Mix constantly for a minute, and it's ready to be served.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with cheese on pasta.
