Enjoy this crispy thousand sheets of spinach with cheese, mushrooms, ham and pine nuts. The filling is very creamy and the combination with the sheets of puff pastry gives an incredible game of textures.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mushroom, filleted
  • 4 cups Spinach Eva®, cut into strips
  • 1 cup Serrano ham, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cups pinion
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to taste Mix of Lettuce Eva®

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Spread the puff pastry on a floured surface 3 mm thick, cut 3 rectangles of 20 x 10 cm and place on a baking sheet. Place another tray on top and bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and oregano and bake 5 more minutes.
For the filling, in a pan heat the butter, add the onion, the mushrooms, the Eva® spinach and cook until they release all their juice, add the serrano ham, the pine nuts, the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Place a puff pastry base, add the filling, repeat until 3 layers are formed.
Serve with a salad.

PRESENTATION

On an extended dish, accompanied by a mix of lettuce Eva®.
