Tlayudas are a typical dish of the city of Oaxaca and with this recipe you can enjoy a delicious corn tortilla with a diameter of 30 centimeters, browned on a comal and prepared with butter, beans, jerky, chorizo and white cabbage. You'll love it!

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 tortilla, for tlayuda
  • 1 cup dried meat, beef
  • 1 cup sausage
  • 2 tablespoons lard
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup Oaxaca cheese
  • 1 cup White cabbage
  • 1 cup tomtato
  • 1 cup tomtato
  • 1 cup avocado
  • enough red sauce, To accompany

Preparation

On a grill, cook the jerky on both sides for about 5 minutes. And cut into strips. Reservation.
In a frying pan, fry the chorizo for 10 minutes. Remove excess fat with absorbent paper. Reservation.
In a comal roast the tlayudas until they are golden brown. Reservation. Spread the tlayuda with the lard, add the beans, the Oaxaca cheese, the white cabbage, the jerky, the tomato, the avocado and the chorizo.
Serve and accompany with red sauce. Enjoy.
