Tostadas de Ceviche with Mango and Habanero

For these hot days nothing better than a delicious ceviche with an acid touch of fresh mango and an unequaled itch for the habanero pepper. Enjoy these toasters that are very easy to prepare and you will surely love them.

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 10 tortillas, mini
  • 1 cup fish fillet, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cups mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 red onions
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 5 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon habanero pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice, yellow lemon
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil

Preparation

Put the tortillas to dehydrate in the Samsung 3-in-3 Cello microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds. In half the time, turn the tortillas and finish dehydrating. Remove and reserve.
Mix in a bowl, the fish, the mango, the onion, the cherry tomato, cilantro, habanero pepper, lemon juice, salt and olive oil perfectly. Go to the Samsung Twin Cooling Plus® refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Remove ceviche and mix from the Samsung Twin Cooling Plus® refrigerator. Refrigerate again for 10 more minutes.
Place 3 toast per plate and serve the ceviche on each of them. Decorate with cilantro.

TIPS

You can change the mango for kiwi or pineapple.
