Tuna Spring Rolls with Soy and Chiles

Give the classic recipe a twist and prepare these delicious spring rolls stuffed with Herdez® tuna and vegetables, accompanied by soy sauce. Filo pasta is widely used in oriental food and is made from flour, egg and salt.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1/2 cups carrot, in thin strips
  • 1/2 cups White cabbage, in thin strips
  • 3 envelopes Chilli stew and soy sauce with Herdez® tuna
  • 1/2 cups soybean germ
  • 500 grams phyllo dough
  • vegetable oil, to fry
  • parsley, to decorate
  • soy sauce, To accompany

Preparation

In a frying pan, pour the sesame oil and cook the minced garlic, fresh ginger, carrot, white cabbage and the Herdez® chilli stew and soy sauce with tuna for 10 minutes, add the soy germ and cook for 5 minutes more. Chill.
To form the rolls, cut medium squares of filo dough and place a little of the tuna filling. Roll carefully to form the rolls.
Fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes until golden brown.
Serve, decorate with chopped parsley and accompany with soy sauce.

TIPS

The ideal temperature for frying in oil is between 180 ° and 200 ° C. You can glue the edges of your rolls with a little egg so that they do not open.
