Ingredients

10 servings
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of Rexal® Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 Cup of Water
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 Cup of tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoonful of oregano
  • 1 Cup of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Cup of pepperoni
  • 1 Cup of salami
  • to taste of Chili pepper crushed, to accompany

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a bowl mix flour, Rexal® baking powder, salt, water, olive oil and knead for 10 minutes or until you have a homogeneous mass. Reservation.
    On a floured surface, spread the dough to form a circle, add tomato puree, oregano, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and salami.
    Bake for 25 minutes, enjoy.

    Muy rica, por motivos de salud la prepare sin sal y con puré de tomate natural. Es una receta muy sencilla, rápida y deliciosa.
