Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3/4 cups Water, cool
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 2 eggplants, cut into slices
  • 2 zucchini, cut in sheets
  • 5 carrots, cut into canes
  • 2 cups vegetal oil
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • 2 jalapeno Peppers, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped

Preparation

Mix in a bowl the water, the egg, the flour. Reservation.
Heat the oil over medium heat.
With the help of tongs, dip the vegetables in the tempura and fry in oil, until they turn golden brown.
