Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams Vegetable garnish "La Huerta"
  • 1 cup White rice, Cooked
  • 1/2 cups asadero cheese, grated
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 cup ground bread
  • 1 egg
  • garlic salt, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • vegetal oil, necessary amount

Preparation

Thaw Vegetable Garnish "La Huerta" in the microwave.
Mix all the ingredients and season with garlic salt, salt and pepper.
Form burgers, make sure they are well compressed so they do not break when frying.
Heat a medium skillet over medium heat with a little oil.
Fry the burgers until they turn golden brown.
Place the burgers on absorbent paper.
