A delicious breakfast with a lot of protein of vegetable origin. Prepare the mushrooms one night before and store them in a tupper. If you are going to take it to work, keep separately the lettuce, toast and chili powder.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 2 cups of white mushroom
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/4 of piece of onion
  • 1 piece of dry chile de árbol pepper
  • 2 slices of Turkey ham
  • 2 pieces of nopal cambray
  • 2 pieces of corn tortilla chip baked
  • 1/4 of Cup of Panela cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoonful of olive oil
  • chili powder to taste
  • sea ​​salt to taste
  • lettuce filleted to taste

    Preparation

    Cut the mushroom into slices. Finely chop the garlic and onion. Cut cactus canes. Cut the dried chili.
    In a pan add the oil, once it is hot, add the onion and garlic, taking care not to burn.
    When the onion is transparent, incorporate the chili, mushroom, cactus and ham. Season and cook for 5 minutes.
    Assemble on the toast, placing a bed of lettuce and on top of this the preparation you cooked in the pan. Sprinkle some chili powder.

    PRESENTATION

    Place a bed of lettuce on the toast and on top of it, place the filling.

    TIPS

    You can substitute turkey ham for a sausage.

    Yo ase los nopales en un comal y guise los champiñones Con ajo y con cebolla en julianas , quedo decilioso , y si le agregas pechuga de pollo desmenuzada mucho mejor !!!
