Preparation
Chop the banana peel into small squares, place it in a pan and sauté with soy sauce, English sauce, over low heat.
Add the cilantro, the onion, the 3 cloves of garlic, the two tomatoes, the paprika all chopped in squares.
Simmer over low heat.
Add the half cup of water to a high heat and let it dry.
Add the 2 egg mixes slowly and cook for a few more minutes.
