This is a Venezuelan recipe that can be made at any time, to share with the family, it is a delicious dish, economical and easy to make. It is accompanied with arepas, bread and garlic sauce.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 ripe banana peel
  • 100 grams chili pepper
  • 100 grams onion
  • 100 grams paprika
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1/2 cups fresh coriander
  • 1/2 cups chives
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons English sauce
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoons parsley, to decorate

Preparation

Chop the banana peel into small squares, place it in a pan and sauté with soy sauce, English sauce, over low heat.
Add the cilantro, the onion, the 3 cloves of garlic, the two tomatoes, the paprika all chopped in squares.
Simmer over low heat.
Add the half cup of water to a high heat and let it dry.
Add the 2 egg mixes slowly and cook for a few more minutes.

PRESENTATION

To the mojito add fresh parsley when serving.

TIPS

Serve hot, with Venezuelan arepa or bread, with garlic sauce.
