For a very nutritious and healthy breakfast, prepare this bowl of vegetables with granola and quinoa that will fill you with energy and also prepare in a few minutes. Use the vegetables that you have at hand and do not stop trying it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 onion, cut in pen
  • 4 zucchini, cut in quarters along
  • 1 bunch asparagus, without stem
  • 1 broccoli, clean and in small pieces
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups granola, with quinoa Kellogg's®
  • 4 tablespoons pumpkin seed

Preparation

In a medium bowl, mix all the vegetables and add the olive oil, salt and pepper.
In a pan over high heat, roast the vegetables while stirring until they are cooked for 5 - 10 minutes
Remove from heat and mix with granola with Kellogg's® quinoa and pips. It serves.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a bowl and accompany with the protein of your choice.

TIPS

You can add grilled panela cheese to make a more complete dish.
