This is one of the perfect garnishes for every occasion, breaded carrots. It is a recipe that I assure you that children will love, especially if they do not like vegetables.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo carrot
  • 3 eggs
  • ground bread, necessary amount
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • lemons, to the taste to decorate
  • Water, necessary amount

Preparation

Boil the Carrot with a little salt (not too soft).
Drain and let cool.
Since it is cold, cut it into 4 strips.
Soak them with pepper, salt and lemon. Let stand for a few minutes.
Beat the egg and pass the carrots through the egg and then through ground bread.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Once that time has passed, fry.
