Ingredients

2 servings
  • 60 grams of San Juan® egg whites
  • 35 grams of cabbage
  • 3 pieces of rice paper
  • 20 grams of carrot
  • 20 grams of leek
  • 10 grams of soybean sprouts
  • 5 grams of buds of corn
  • 15 grams of onion
  • 1 milliliter of sesame oil
  • 500 milliliters of vegetable oil
  • 50 milliliters of soy sauce
  • 5 grams of Salt
  • 5 grams of bell pepper
  • 2 pieces of cherry tomato
  • 5 grams of ginger

    Preparation

    Cut into julienne onion, pore, carrot, cabbage and reserve.
    In a hot pan sauté the vegetables with the sesame oil and season with pepper and soy sauce, add the San Juan® Egg White without moving, rectify seasoning.
    Moisten the rice paper and spread on a board, add a portion of the stew from corner to corner.
    Roll up by folding the corner to cover the filling well.
    Fry in hot oil, drain and remove excess grease with absorbent paper.
    Serve on a table with soy sauce.
    Garnish with soybean, corn, cherry tomato and ginger.

    PRESENTATION
