Ingredients

1 serving
  • 60 grams of San Juan® egg whites
  • 1 piece of portobello mushroom
  • 5 pieces of tomato dehydrated
  • 2 pieces of asparagus
  • 5 pieces of beets in chips
  • 3 leaves of basil
  • 3 spoonfuls of alfalfa sprouts
  • 2 slices of radish
  • 3 blades of pumpkin
  • 15 milliliters of sauce tomato cassé
  • 10 milliliters of peanut oil
  • 1/4 of piece of rice paper
  • 500 milliliters of vegetable oil

    Preparation

    Remove the leg of the portobello and varnish with peanut oil on both sides and salt and pepper. Reserve.
    In a hot pan saute the expected with a little oil, salpimentar and reserve.
    Fry the rice paper in enough hot oil, remove and drain.
    Break the San Juan® egg white gauze and pour it over the porto-bello on the back with the tomatoes, bake 90 seconds in a microwave oven for 20 seconds.
    Serve the portobello on the fried rice paper and decorate with the asparagus and the ginger.
    Serve with rolls of pumpkin slices, radish slices, alfalfa germ, basil leaves beet chip.
    Finally with cassé sauce.
