Ingredients

  • 30 grams of San Juan® egg whites

  • 60 grams of flour
  • 50 milliliters of sugar free whipping cream
  • 50 milliliters of red sauce
  • 50 milliliters of green sauce
  • 30 milliliters of extra virgin olive oil
  • 30 grams of Butter
  • 5 grams of Salt
  • 2 grams of nutmeg
  • 100 grams of ground bread
  • 500 milliliters of vegetable oil
  • 1 piece of Strawberry
  • 3 pieces of baby spinach
  • 1 piece of flower edible
  • 2 pieces of baby carrots to butter

    Preparation

    In a pan heat the olive oil, sauté the mushrooms, remove and reserve.
