You have never imagined a healthier option than this one. Rich vegan hot dog with a healthy and delicious carrot marinated in a balanced combination of ingredients such as: soy sauce, sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, accompanied by a very tropical guacamole.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of sesame oil
  • 1/4 of Cup of soy sauce
  • 3 spoonfuls of Apple vinager
  • 2 spoonfuls of Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoonful of paprika
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 8 pieces of carrot
  • 1 piece of avocado
  • 1/4 of Cup of onion finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of coriander finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of pineapple roasted and cut into cubes
  • 1 piece of mango cut into cubes
  • 2 pieces of habanero pepper finely chopped, roasted and deveined
  • 4 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 8 pieces of hot dog bread
  • to taste of radish to decorate
  • to taste of French fries To serve

    Preparation

    For the marinade, in a bowl mix the sesame oil with soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, paprika, garlic and onion powder.
    Place the carrots in a refractory, pour the previous preparation and let it rest for 30 minutes.
    For the guacamole, mash the avocado and add the onion, cilantro, pineapple, mango, habanero pepper, and lemon juice season with salt and pepper. Reserve.
    Grill the bread over low heat in a grill pan until golden brown and reserve.
    Grill the carrots and cook for 12 minutes on each side, until cooked.
    Place the carrot on the bread, add the guacamole, french fries, radish and enjoy a refreshing drink.

    PRESENTATION

    On a plate accompanied by potato wedges.

    TIPS

    You can marinate the carrots overnight to absorb the flavors more. You can also boil them for 10 minutes if you want them to be softer.
