Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 eggplant big
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 Cup of bean Cooked
  • tomato sauces
  • 1 Cup of panko bread crumbs
  • olive oils
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Chop the onion in a thick cut.
Season the garlic and onion with little oil.
Cut the aubergine into large cubes. Fry it in another pan and add one or two tablespoons of water. Cook covered until soft.
Place cooked aubergine, onion and garlic sauce, some parsley, and cooked beans inside a processor.
Press a few times to achieve an adequate consistency with small pieces and not puree. Add salt, pepper and panko, you must obtain a firm but moldable dough.
Form with small hands small balls, arrange them in a tray with waxed paper.
Bake for 35 minutes at 180 ° C.
Serve with tomato sauce.

PRESENTATION

Serve with caldillo or tomato sauce.

Panko es un tipo de pan molido pero en vez de ser molido seco y duro se hace con pan fresco y sin la cascara dorada, sólo con la miga del pan molida y se puede sazonar con especies como orégano, ajo en polvo, perejil seco, etc.

el panko es parecido al pan molido pero es mas grueso y queda mas dorado cuando fries...lo venden en walmart
