Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 tablespoons Oil Oleic®
  • 12 nopales cambray
  • 300 grams Oaxaca cheese
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 chile de árbol peppers
  • fresh coriander, chopped to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon maggi sauce
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

Crumble the Oaxaca cheese.
To each nopal, place a couple of tablespoons of beans, spread them all over the surface. Put some cheese.
Heat over low heat in a frying pan and add a tablespoon of oil. Add the oregano to the oil. Place the nopales and cover the pan. Once the cheese melts, turn off the heat.
Cut the tomato and onion into cubes. Slice the chili. Cut the cilantro finely. Pour everything into a bowl, add the lemon, the Maggie sauce and the pinch of salt. Stir
Place some of the pico de gallo on top of the nopales. It serves.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with green sauce.

You can substitute Oaxaca cheese for Panela cheese
