The Healthy sandwich recipe with mustard and honey dressing is a very simple preparation, healthy and with a delicious flavor. It's a sandwich with vegetable salad and a delicious dressing of mustard and honey.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 12 whole-grain breads, Oroweat® 12 Grains
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 beets
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1/4 Italian lettuce
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 cup buds
  • 1 cup fresh coriander, (for dressing)
  • 1/4 purple cabbages, (for dressing)
  • 1 cup greek yogurt, no flavor (for the dressing)
  • 4 tablespoons mustard, (for dressing)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

With a potato peeler, remove the peel from the carrot and rake it. Repeat this operation with the beet. Reservation.
Grate the zucchini with the potato peeler. Reservation.
Cut lettuce, cabbage and onion into thin slices. Reservation.
In a bowl, add the vegetables you cut, the sprouts, the chickpeas and the cilantro.
For the dressing: mix the yogurt, purple cabbage, mustard, oregano honey, sea salt and pepper. Pour this dressing over the vegetables and mix very well.
Place a good amount of the mixture on a sandwich and close with another slice of bread. It serves.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with jamaica water.

TIPS

If you prefer, you can go through boiling water for a minute the zucchini.
