That the children eat lentils was never so easy, nutritious, fast and delicious. It is a very simple and economic preparation. I always prepare vegetarian hamburgers to my children and they love them.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 can Soup, Lentil Herdez®
  • 1 bouquet celery
  • 1 cup ground bread
  • 1 egg
  • parsley, chopped to taste
  • onions, chopped the taste
  • 1 cup oil
  • hamburger buns, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Chop onion, parsley and celery in squares to taste.
In a dish mix the chopped ingredients with Herdez® lentil soup.
Form balls of the previous mixture.
Beat 1 egg with salt and pepper.
Immerse the balls in egg.
Pass them through ground bread and flatten lightly with a fork.
Heat a pot with a splash of oil.
Fry 1 minute on each side.
Pass through absorbent paper.
Serve hot with the hamburger bun.

PRESENTATION

You can add guacamole and cheese.
