The hummus of avocado and chickpea is an adaptation of the typical sauce from Arab cuisine to the Mexican palate. It is a delicious hummus with avocado and toasted chile, perfect to be used as a dip of any vegetable.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 200 grams canned chickpeas, drained
  • 1 avocado, mature
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dry pepper, roasted and ground

Preparation

Grind the chickpea, avocado, salt, garlic and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the blender. If the preparation is very thick, incorporate a little water.
Pour it on a plate, add it with remaining olive oil and the chili powder.

TIPS

Me gusto, es original y muy fácil y rápida de hacer, solo tengo como observación que para mi gusto es demasiada sal, yo usaría la mitad, Creo que va en gusto yo como con poca sal y quizás esa sea mi percepción, de cualquier forma muchas gracias
