Sauté the garlic and onion with the 4 teaspoons of margarine Primavera® Cooking Without Salt. Add the mushrooms and season with a teaspoon of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken broth, granulated. Integrate well and cook for a few minutes. Remove from heat and reserve.
Heat tortillas lightly to make them manageable and not to break. Place a portion of the mushroom filling in each tortilla.
Fold each tortilla into a miniature burrito and squeeze lightly to maintain the shape. Serve hot or cold.
