Preparation
Blend all the ingredients of the crepe dough until you have a homogeneous mixture. Reservation.
In a pan, cook the onion with butter until transparent. Add the garlic and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes and season. Reservation.
In another pan over low heat, heat a little oil and add a little of the crepe mixture, spread and cook a minute on each side. Repeat until all crepes are formed.
Place a tablespoon of parmesan dressing in each crepe, a little mushrooms, lettuce leaves and close.
