Preparation
Drain oatmeal, amaranth and reserve.
Mix oats, amaranth, onion, cilantro and peppers with the egg.
Form pelotitas with the mixture (I put them to fry a little in butter so they do not lose their shape).
Blend the tomato sauce with the onion, garlic and morita pepper.
Tail the sauce and cook for 5 minutes in a saucepan, season to taste.
Add the meatballs and cook 2 more minutes.
