Preparation
In a wok over medium heat, add butter and sesame oil. Add the onion and cook until transparent, add the garlic and cook another minute.
Add the broccoli and cook 3 minutes. Add the peppers and the Edamames and continue cooking until they are cooked and the liquid is reduced.
Add the rice and cook until golden brown. Mix the soy and orange juice.
In a pan, heat the oil and fry the tofu until brown on both sides. Reservation.
Serve the rice in a bowl, add the tofu and Granola with Kellogg's® quinoa, garnish with avocado and sesame seeds.
