A different option of oriental food is this Oriental vegetarian bowl with delicious granola with quinoa that gives a crispy texture to the delicious combination of sautéed vegetables with a unique oriental sauce.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • 3 spoonfuls of sesame oil
  • 1/2 onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 broccoli clean and in small pieces
  • 2 yellow bell peppers cut into thin strips
  • 1 1/2 cups of edamames without shell
  • 3 cups of White rice cooked and fried
  • 1/2 Cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 package of tofu (349 g) in rectangles
  • 1 Cup of granola with quinoa Kellogg's®
  • 1 avocado in slices, to decorate
  • 2 spoonfuls of black sesame seed to decorate

    Preparation

    In a wok over medium heat, add butter and sesame oil. Add the onion and cook until transparent, add the garlic and cook another minute.
    Add the broccoli and cook 3 minutes. Add the peppers and the Edamames and continue cooking until they are cooked and the liquid is reduced.
    Add the rice and cook until golden brown. Mix the soy and orange juice.
    In a pan, heat the oil and fry the tofu until brown on both sides. Reservation.
    Serve the rice in a bowl, add the tofu and Granola with Kellogg's® quinoa, garnish with avocado and sesame seeds.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a bowl or bowl and garnish with sesame.
