Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 cups of soy meat textured
  • 5 pieces of guajillo chili pepper for the marinade
  • 1/2 Cup of annatto paste for the marinade
  • 1/4 of Cup of vinegar for the marinade
  • 3 spoonfuls of orange juice sour, for the marinade
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic powder for the marinade
  • 1 teaspoonful of onion powder for the marinade
  • 1 piece of black pepper fat, for the marinade
  • 1 pinch of oregano for the marinade
  • 3 pinches of Salt for the marinade
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 12 pieces of Corn tortillas
  • 1 Cup of pineapple in sheets, to accompany
  • 6 spoonfuls of onion finely chopped, to decorate
  • 6 spoonfuls of coriander finely chopped, to decorate
  • 1/2 Cup of green sauce

    Preparation

    In a pot with boiling water, rehydrate the soy for 20 minutes, removing excess foam. Drain and rinse with water.
    Blend all the marinade ingredients and mix with the meat, let stand for 20 minutes.
    In a pan over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the meat until golden brown. Reservation.
    Heat the corn tortillas in a comal and serve with the meat, accompany with pineapple, onion, cilantro and sauce.

    PRESENTATION
