Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 Piquillo peppers
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 100 grams goat cheese
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • fresh dill, to taste

Preparation

If the peppers are fresh: Roast them, peel them and devein them. I grease them with oil and bake them at 180 ° C for 15 min. approximately until the skin is visible. Rinse and dry them.
If the peppers are bottle: Rinse them and dry them carefully so that they do not break.
Aside, mix the cheeses and add salt and pepper
The chiles are filled.
They are decorated with dill and can also be with a bit of balsamic cream.
Serve cold.

PRESENTATION

A través de Android Tienen muy buena pinta y seguro q estará buenísima la receta, pero pienso que si en vez de comerse frio,se pudiesen comer calientes...estarían mucho mejor! Saludos
