  • 1 tablespoon of oil for the filling

  • 1/4 of Cup of milk for the filling
  • 1 teaspoonful of oregano for the filling
  • to taste of Salt for the filling

  • 3 spoonfuls of Butter melted, for the fungus
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley finely chopped, for the fungus
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic powder for the fungus

  • 6 portobello mushrooms
  • 1 Cup of mozzarella cheese grated, for the fungus

    Preparation

    In a pan with oil, sauté the onion and garlic, add the tomato, the rajas, the corn kernels and fry lightly. Pour cream cheese, whipping cream and milk, move to incorporate. Season with oregano, salt and pepper, and let cool.
    In a small bowl, mix the butter, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Reservation.
