Potato pancakes are delicious, easy, fast and inexpensive. A versatile dish that you can accompany with a fresh salad of lettuce and a few drops of lemon. It is a dish that everyone will love.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 potatoes, peeled
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup ground bread
  • to taste salt
  • enough vegetal oil

Preparation

Cook the potatoes in a pot with water, until they are soft. Remove from the water and let cool.
In a bowl place the potatoes and mash until they form a puree, add salt to taste, eggs and mix well, add the bread crumbs and incorporate. Form the pancakes and reserve.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cakes, remove the excess fat with a servitoalla.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a salad and green or cream sauce.

TIPS

You can add canned tuna to the puree.
