Ingredients

4 portions
  • 6 zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon butter, (for the sauce)
  • 1/4 white onions, finely chopped (for sauce)
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped (for the sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon flour, (for the sauce)
  • 2 cups milk, (for the sauce)
  • 1 cup manchego cheese, Grated
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt, for sauce and zucchini
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper, for sauce and zucchini
  • 4 tablespoons Granola with quinoa Kellogg's®

Preparation

Using a peeler, cut the pumpkins into thin slices vertically. Reservation.
For the sauce, in a pot over medium heat cook the onion and garlic with the butter. Add the flour and cook until golden brown. Add the milk and let it boil, lower the heat and cook until thick. Mix with the cheese until it melts and season.
Arrange pumpkins on a plate, season, bathe with cheese sauce and Kellogg's® quinoa granola.
