Delicious sandwich with avocado, blue cheese, cream cheese and spinach. A perfect recipe for the days that you do not want to eat meat and you crave something very rich, healthy, light and with an incomparable flavor.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 12 wholemeal breads, Oroweat® 7 grains
  • 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 limes
  • 1 teaspoon sea ​​salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 300 grams blue cheese
  • 60 grams cream cheese
  • 3 avocados from Mexico, hass
  • 3 cups spinach

Preparation

In a bowl mix the oil, the juice of the lemons, salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix the blue cheese with the cream cheese. Reservation.
Cut the avocado into thin slices. Glaze the avocado with half the olive oil you prepared.
Season the spinach with the remaining olive oil.
On a slice of bread, place 1/4 piece of avocado in slices and 1/4 cup of spinach, pour 4 tablespoons of blue cheese; Afterwards, add 1/4 piece of avocado slices and 1/4 cup of spinach again. Place another slice of bread and serve.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a rich lemon water.

TIPS

If you think the blue cheese tastes very strong, add more cream cheese to the mix.
