Spaghuetti with peanut sauce and sesame

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 6 cups of Water
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 package of spaghetti integral (500 g)
  • 1 Cup of coconut milk for the sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of peanut toasted, for the sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of sesame seed toasted, for the sauce
  • 1 teaspoonful of curry powder for the sauce
  • 1 pinch of Salt for the sauce
  • 1 pinch of black pepper for the sauce
  • 3 spoonfuls of coconut oil
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of peanut
  • 3 teaspoons of ginger finely chopped
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of scallion finely chopped, to decorate
  • 10 leaves of coriander cool, to decorate

    Preparation

    Cook the spaghetti in a pot with boiling water and salt, according to the package instructions. Drain and reserve.
    Blend coconut milk, peanuts, sesame seeds, curry powder, salt and pepper. Reservation.
    Heat medium skillet over medium heat add coconut oil, garlic, peanuts and ginger.
    Add the spaghetti and the sauce and cook 5 minutes to reduce the sauce a little. Season, remove from heat.
    Serve the spaghetti with chopped scallions and fresh coriander leaves. Enjoy

    Serve the spaghetti with chopped chives and coriander leaves.

    TIPS

    Coconut oil is a very healthy option to use to replace other fats.
