You have never imagined a healthier option than this one. Rich vegan hot dog with a healthy and delicious carrot marinated in a balanced combination of ingredients such as: soy sauce, sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, accompanied by a very tropical guacamole.

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons apple vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 8 carrots
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups pineapple, roasted and cut into cubes
  • 1 mango, cut into cubes
  • 2 habanero peppers, finely chopped, roasted and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 8 breads for hot dog
  • to taste radish, to decorate
  • to taste French fries, to accompany


For the marinade, in a bowl mix the sesame oil with soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, paprika, garlic and onion powder.
Place the carrots in a oven proof dish, pour the previous preparation and let it rest for 30 minutes.
For the guacamole, mash the avocado and add the onion, cilantro, pineapple, mango, habanero pepper, and lime juice season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Grill the bread over low heat in a grill pan until golden brown and reserve.
Grill the carrots and cook for 12 minutes on each side, until cooked.
Place the carrot on the bread, add the guacamole, french fries, radish and enjoy a refreshing drink.


On a plate accompanied by potato wedges.


You can marinate the carrots overnight to absorb the flavors more. You can also boil them for 10 minutes if you want them to be softer.
