Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup carrot
  • 1 cup potato
  • 1 cup pea
  • 2 cups lentil, cooked
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup tomtato, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin, powdered
  • 1/2 cups mashed tomatoes
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • enough fried or toasted corn tortilla
  • enough cheese, to decorate
  • enough cream, to decorate

Preparation

Heat a pan over medium heat and add the vegetable oil; Fry the onion and garlic, add the carrot, the potato and the pea. Season and add water, cook 10 minutes and wait for it to consume.
Add the lentils and the tomato, season with cumin, salt and pepper; Cook 3 minutes and remove from heat.
Assemble the toast with the hash, cream and cheese. Enjoy
