  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1/2 Cup of onion filleted
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of tomato finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of corn white, peeled
  • 4 pieces of Castilla pumpkin Italian, cut into slices
  • 1 Cup of tomato puree
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 Cup of cherry tomato
  • 1 Cup of Oaxaca cheese shredded

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (370°F approx.)
    Heat a pan with olive oil over medium heat and cook the onion and garlic. Add the tomato, corn and squash, cook 3 minutes and add the tomato puree, spices and season to your liking.
