Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
For ham with pineapple: brown sugar with jelly, chipotle, nutmeg, ginger, pineapple juice, salt and pepper.
Heat a pot over medium heat and cook the previous preparation until it reduces by half.

Bake for 30 minutes, remove from the oven, insert the cloves in the bacon, bathe with the previous preparation and bake for 35 minutes more, bathing constantly with the juices. Remove from the oven and decorate with orange, cherries and fresh rosemary. Serve and enjoy.
For ham with mustard with blueberries: heat a pan over medium heat with the butter, cook the garlic, add the mustard and ¾ parts of the cranberry juice. Hydrate the corn starch with the rest of the juice and add to the preparation, integrating blueberries, sugar and thyme. Cook until you wait and season.
Place the ham on a tray and mark the surface with straight lines, varnish with old-fashioned mustard, bathe with the previous preparation and bake for 1 hour. Remove from the oven, serve and decorate with arugula and raspberries.
For ham with honey: heat a pot over medium heat with honey, nutmeg, cloves and sugar, cook until it reduces by half and thickens, reserve.
Place the ham on a tray, mark the surface with diagonal cuts in the shape of a diamond and decorate with the nails. Bat the ham with the honey sauce and bake for 1 hour, bathing constantly. Remove from the oven, serve and decorate with spinach, apple and cherry tomatoes.
