Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of FUD® Pavo Virginia Ham virginia, 1kg each approx.
  • 1/2 Cup of brown sugar for chipotle pineapple ham
  • 1/2 Cup of Pineapple marmalade for chipotle pineapple ham
  • 1/2 Cup of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce for chipotle pineapple ham
  • 1 teaspoonful of nutmeg for chipotle pineapple ham
  • 1 tablespoon of ground ginger for chipotle pineapple ham
  • 1/4 of Cup of pineapple juice
  • 1 Cup of Pineapple in syrup cut in eighths, to decorate the ham with chipotle pineapple
  • 1 Cup of cherries to decorate the ham with chipotle pineapple
  • 3 spoonfuls of Butter for ham with orange
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger finely chopped for ham to orange
  • 1 tablespoon of onion finely chopped, for ham with orange
  • 2 spoonfuls of garlic finely chopped, for ham with orange
  • 2 cups of Orange marmalade for ham with orange
  • 1 tablespoon of Apple vinager for ham with orange
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar for ham with orange
  • 1/2 Cup of orange juice for ham with orange
  • 2 spoonfuls of ground cinnamon for ham with orange
  • 2 spoonfuls of Orange peel cut in julienne
  • 1 branch of fresh rosemary for ham with orange
  • 15 slices of bacon for ham with orange
  • enough of whole clove to cover ham
  • 1 piece of orange cut in half moons, for ham with orange
  • to taste of cherries to decorate ham with orange
  • to taste of rosemary to decorate ham with orange
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter ham with mustard and cranberry
  • 2 spoonfuls of garlic finely chopped, ham with mustard and cranberry
  • 3 spoonfuls of Dijon mustard for ham with mustard and cranberry
  • 1 Cup of cranberry juice for ham with mustard and cranberry
  • 3 spoonfuls of cornstarch for ham with mustard and cranberry
  • 1 Cup of dehydrated cranberry for ham with mustard and cranberry
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme for ham with mustard and cranberry
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar for ham with mustard and cranberry
  • 1 tablespoon of ground clove for ham with mustard and cranberry
  • 1/4 of Cup of old mustard for ham with mustard and cranberry
  • to taste of arugula to decorate, ham with mustard and cranberry
  • to taste of raspberry to decorate, ham with mustard and cranberry
  • 1 Cup of Maple syrup for ham with honey
  • 1 tablespoon of nutmeg for ham with honey
  • 1 tablespoon of ground clove for ham with honey
  • 1/4 of Cup of raw sugar for ham with honey
  • to taste of whole clove for ham with honey
  • to taste of spinach to decorate, ham with honey
  • to taste of apple to decorate, ham with honey
  • to taste of cherry tomato to decorate, ham with honey
  • to taste of salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    For ham with pineapple: brown sugar with jelly, chipotle, nutmeg, ginger, pineapple juice, salt and pepper.
    Heat a pot over medium heat and cook the previous preparation until it reduces by half.
    Place the ham on an oven tray and cut the surface slightly to form rhombuses. Bathe with the previous preparation and bake for 1 hour, constantly bathing with the juices. Remove from the oven, serve and decorate with the pineapple in syrup and cherries.
    For the ham with orange: heat a pan with the butter, cook the ginger and the onion, add the jam, the apple vinegar, the sugar, the orange juice, the cinnamon and cook until it is reduced by half. Add the orange peel, the rosemary and cook 3 more minutes and season.
    On a tray with aluminum foil wrap the ham with bacon and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes, remove from the oven, insert the cloves in the bacon, bathe with the previous preparation and bake for 35 minutes more, bathing constantly with the juices. Remove from the oven and decorate with orange, cherries and fresh rosemary. Serve and enjoy.
    For ham with mustard with blueberries: heat a pan over medium heat with the butter, cook the garlic, add the mustard and ¾ parts of the cranberry juice. Hydrate the corn starch with the rest of the juice and add to the preparation, integrating blueberries, sugar and thyme. Cook until you wait and season.
    Place the ham on a tray and mark the surface with straight lines, varnish with old-fashioned mustard, bathe with the previous preparation and bake for 1 hour. Remove from the oven, serve and decorate with arugula and raspberries.
    For ham with honey: heat a pot over medium heat with honey, nutmeg, cloves and sugar, cook until it reduces by half and thickens, reserve.
    Place the ham on a tray, mark the surface with diagonal cuts in the shape of a diamond and decorate with the nails. Bat the ham with the honey sauce and bake for 1 hour, bathing constantly. Remove from the oven, serve and decorate with spinach, apple and cherry tomatoes.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate each ham with the main ingredient served and accompany it with the garnish that you like.
